Randy Schoenfeld, Managing Partner and co-founder of Harris Rand LLC is recognized as an industry leader in the executive search and management consulting arena.  With over 20 years of experience in recruiting high-profile executives, Mr. Schoenfeld has worked across multiple industry sectors, including legal, technology, bio/life sciences, and financial services. 

Prior to founding Harris Rand, Mr. Schoenfeld was Director of Recruitment for Duane Morris LLP.  There he directed all aspects of the firm’s lateral recruiting, including marketing and the financial evaluation of lateral candidates.

Previously, Mr. Schoenfeld was Managing Director at Major, Hagen & Africa where he specialized in the recruitment of lateral partners.  In addition, Mr. Schoenfeld was co-founder and President of Redwood Partners International Inc.  There he guided the positioning, business development, and client service of “Silicon Alley’s” longest-running executive search/venture capital consulting firm. 

Mr. Schoenfeld is an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and the Minority Corporate Council Association.   His long standing commitment to diversity and community service would include establishing the Redwood Partners Interactive Internship Program, run in conjunction with MOUSE (Making Opportunities for Upgrading Schools & Education).  This program brought ongoing classroom and on-the-job training in technology and new media skills to students from New York City public high schools.
